This place is very relaxing, despite the amount of traffic that it brings in daily. It always seems to be comfortable and socially inc puffd for its customers. It is likewise known as one of the most notable java bean shops in America. I chose to perform my observation on January 26th, 2011 from 9:00 AM to 10:03 AM. The object of my observation was to bump the answer volume took to purchase their beverages and/or snacks, the way they on the watch their beverages after purchase, and what they did after they hustling their beverages. Customers would enter the shop and stand in a line leading to the cash register, the associate would take their order, and they would proceed to the waiting line.
